#NDAFW is March 30 - April 5, 2020
National Drug and Alcohol Facts Week® (also known as NDAFW) is a national health observance linking teens to science based facts to SHATTER THE MYTHS® about drugs!
Held every year since 2010, NDAFW brings teens and scientific experts together to discuss the scientific facts about drugs, as well as their potential health effects on teen bodies and brains.
In 2020, for the first time, the week-long observance will be held during the spring: March 30 - April 5, 2020.
While events may be canceled due to COVID-19, you can still participate in NDAFW virtually!
On April 3, 2020 at 3 p.m. Eastern, NIDA and Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) will host a Twitter Trivia Challenge. Follow the hashtag #NDAFW to answer questions about drugs and alcohol.
